Terms of Service

1. Service

EnduraSync provides training-plan templates, calendar (.ics) files, and Excel trackers on a subscription basis. Plans are informational. We do not provide personalized medical or coaching advice unless separately agreed in writing.

2. Accounts & billing

Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Trials convert to paid unless canceled. You may cancel anytime; you keep files already downloaded. Refunds follow a policy to be defined and approved by the owner.

3. Assumption of risk

Physical training involves risk of injury or death. By using the service you acknowledge the health disclaimer and assume those risks. Placeholder for liability waiver language — counsel to draft.

4. Intellectual property

Plan content remains owned by EnduraSync. Your downloaded .ics and .xlsx are licensed for personal training use only; redistribution or resale is prohibited.
